Order dates for bakeries, only on the days you can bake
Customers choose collection or delivery and pick a date before checkout. Dates without enough notice for the bake can't be chosen, busy days stop when you're full, and closed days stay closed.
Free plan available · Plus from $9.99 a month for the first 25 shops to subscribe (usually $14.99), with a free trial of up to 14 days
Made for a bakery's week
From Saturday's sourdough to a birthday cake ordered a week ahead.
Notice that suits each bake
A sourdough needs two days, a box of cupcakes four hours. Give each product, and each size, its own notice in days or minutes, so customers can only pick a date you can make it for.
Collection time slots
Split your opening hours into collection slots from 30 minutes to 2 hours long, so the Saturday morning queue spreads out. On Plus and Pro, cap how many orders each slot takes.
Post only the bakes that travel
Post the brownies and biscuits, and keep the cakes to collection and local delivery. Set Postal to “Only products I choose” on the Delivery page, then tick Postal on just those products; everything else keeps your other methods.
Daily limits for the oven
Cap how many celebration cakes you take each day, or share one limit across everything that goes in the same oven. When a day is full, customers can only pick days that aren't.
A prep sheet for the morning
A printable list of what to bake each day, grouped by station, with allergens and how long each item keeps.
Seasonal bakes
Sell hot cross buns only from 1 March to 15 April, and the window comes back every year. Or offer a one-off bake for a single weekend.
A message for the cake
The date picker has a box for the message, so "Happy birthday Ellie" doesn't get lost in the order notes. You can rename the box, and it shows on every delivery method from the start; in Settings, change it to "Postal orders only" or turn it off.
Closed on Mondays, open on the odd one
Close every Monday in one go, then open a single Monday without changing the rest, for a bank holiday weekend or a big order.
Closed dates and bank holidays
Add your days off, and pick bank holidays from GOV.UK's list for your part of the UK instead of typing them in. Free covers 10 closed dates and two weekly closed days; Plus and Pro are unlimited.
An order-by banner before Christmas
A banner on your shop gives the last day to order before you close for Christmas, counted back from your notice, so the last Christmas cake orders come in on time.
What your customers see
A bakery's shop with Pickup chosen, a collection time picked and a message for the cake written.
