Delivery dates for florists, on the days you can deliver
Customers choose local delivery, collection or post and pick a date before checkout. Same-day orders stop at your last order time, peak days stop when you're full, and closed days can't be chosen.
Free plan available · Plus from $9.99 a month for the first 25 shops to subscribe (usually $14.99), with a free trial of up to 14 days
Made for a florist's week
From a same-day hand-tied bouquet to the run-up to Mothering Sunday.
Local delivery, collection and post
Customers choose how their flowers reach them when they pick the date, and checkout shows only the option they chose. Turn on just the ones you offer.
Post only what travels
Post the letterbox bouquets and dried flowers, and keep the big arrangements to local delivery and collection. Set Postal to “Only products I choose” on the Delivery page, then tick Postal on just those products; everything else keeps your other methods.
Same-day delivery with a last order time
Take orders for today until your last order time, and give each weekday its own: 1pm on weekdays, 10am on Saturday. Anything ordered later moves to the next day you deliver.
Notice in minutes, product by product
Give a hand-tied bouquet two hours' notice and a funeral tribute two days. Each product, and each size, can have its own.
Valentine's and Mothering Sunday only
Sell the Valentine's roses only for 13 and 14 February, or a Mothering Sunday bouquet only for the days before it. Give a product one fixed date and it's chosen for the customer.
A box for the card message
The date picker has a box for the card message, so it stops arriving in the order notes. It shows on every delivery method from the start; in Settings, change it to "Postal orders only" or turn it off.
Open on a day you're normally closed
Closed on Sundays? Open one Sunday without changing the rest. In 2027 Valentine's Day (14 February) and Mothering Sunday (7 March) are both Sundays.
Daily limits for peak days
Cap how many bouquets you take for each day, or share one limit across the range. When 14 February is full, customers can only pick days that aren't.
Closed dates and bank holidays
Add your days off, and pick bank holidays from GOV.UK's list for your part of the UK instead of typing them in. Free covers 10 closed dates and two weekly closed days; Plus and Pro are unlimited.
An order-by banner
A banner on your shop gives the last day to order before you next close, counted back from your notice, so nobody misses the last delivery before your Christmas break.
Customers change their own date
A link you add to the confirmation email lets a customer move their delivery date within your rules, so a moved funeral or birthday doesn't need a phone call.
Deliveries in your calendar
Every dated order lands in Google Calendar or Outlook with the products and the customer's details, and moves when the date does.
What your customers see
A florist's shop the week of Valentine's Day, with Local Delivery chosen, today picked and a card message written. Mondays are closed, so they can't be chosen.

- Surcharges for peak dates change your postal rates only, not your local delivery price.
- A postal date is the day you send, not the day it arrives.
